Purchased a new refrigerator. 3 months with the appliance and the freezer goes out. Placed a claim with Frigidaire and now 3 weeks and the refrigerator completely goes out. All the food has spoiled. 3 weeks and still waiting for someone to come out and take a look at the appliance. Tech states no coverage in my area. To give them another 2-3 business days to get someone else out for service. Almost a month for service... this is unacceptable. I will contact Best Buy and let them know this issue. I will never purchase a Frigidaire appliance again.
