Original Comment Almost all of my experiences at The Sam's Club in Denham Springs, LA have been very pleasant. I would like to name a few of the employees that have been extremely helpful to me: Jack Mount and Erin McAlister from photo, Sandra from eyecare, Shelby<br /> from customer service, Sami the greeter/exiter and most of all the pharmacy staff, including both the pharmacists and the associates. I hope this note will translate into some sort of recognition for them. The are really great people who care about their customers.<br /> The one time I was disappointed with the manager was when I wanted to return a broken vacuum cleaner. I felt I was justified because the same items were still on the shelf but she told me that I had it for more than a year. The thing is, I only vacuum about once a month. That is why I feel cheated. I hardly used it and it broke.
