Original Comment A 70" Vizio TV )was delivered with a cracked screen. Sam's acknowledged the problem, picked up the broken TV and sent a new one with - guess what - a broken screen. Now they say all I'm getting is a refund, they won't even try to get a new TV for me. Sad.
