Original Comment to whom it may concern i bought a 42 'lg smart tv in 2012 for roughly 1000.0 dollars in quesnel bc canada the tv would not work this morning no pioture no sound the power light is on but nothing works called custemer service was told it would cost more to diagnose problem and buy parts than buying a new one after reading all the complaints on various sites relized that lg products are JUNK<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> you should be ashamed to sell these products to consumers you have just lost another valued customer thank you for stealing my money if you have any morals what so ever you will refund my money or at least send me a new tv if not like many others i'll be buying from your competitors like SONY, PHILLIP , OR TOSHIBA I HAVE A LOW END prima tv for 8 yrs which still works fine once againe your products are inferior i dare you to contact me and do the right thing SHOW ME THAT LG CARES ABOUT THERE COSUMERS
