I bought a Whirlpool electric dryer, Model number WED4815EWO on June 20th, 2015. As of today, I have not been able to use the dryer for 12 days. I realize problems can occur, but I have had to call Whirlpool twice to get them to set up a service call. After the first call (Since it was on a weekend) they promised they would set up a service call within 3 days and inform me of it. Not only did they NOT set the service call up, I had to call THEM again. They set up a call when I called again, but I had to follow up with the contracted service to make sure of time and date. VERY VERY poor and unprofessional service. If they were without a dryer, I'm sure they would expect a much quicker reaction or turn around for a sub par product.
