Sent this to your service center on Oct 22, was dismissed as being resolved. The incident was Oct 21 and as of today Oct 24, it still has not been resolved nor have I heard anything or gotten a refund nor any kind of credit....I bought the christmas penguins online. They were delivered damaged and pieces missing out of the hole in the box. Before it was delievered I realized the price dropped over $100 also. I contact the service center before delivery and ask for a price adjustment. When the delivery came and it was so damaged I took it back to Freehold NJ to get a refund. It was charged to my Sams club credit. It was a nightmare and I never felt so like I did something wrong. First the internet was down, fine. They had me look up my order on my phone to prove I order it and the price even though they package slip was with it. They then had the nerve to say they had to take the package in the the back to check it and see it. They made me feel like they believed I did it. I was so insulted and had me wait for an hour to handle the problem. I did not damage, in fact I order another one which is suppose to be delivered on Saturday. When they finally decided to do something they again made me feel like I did something wrong. Kept saying I was looking for double credit since I received a price adjustment. I was never notified that I was going to return the adjustment nor was it reflected on my credit bill even today. They told me they couldn't give me the credit back to my card since I had adjustment and now have to wait 3 days for someone to get in touch with me. I used a Sams club credit card. I assumed I could return it to a store an hour away from me and get statifaction. Instead, I left feeling angry and made to feel I did something wrong. I have been a loyal Sams club shopper and have ordered many items online. This is no way to treat a customer. I could understand if it was another credit card but it was Sams and I shouldn't have been made to feel like I did the damage to the item. If I wanted to return it I could have. I was not looking for double credit as the said, I thought it didn't go through as again its not credited to my card yet. Either you have to teach them how to online returns better even if someone was given credit or correct your computer system. I never had this problem with Costc which I never like as much as Sams but as this moment you lost a customer for the way I was treated.
