Your Lynchburg store should be closed! It has the poorest customer service of any store I've ever been in. The employees are unprofessional, dirty, ill-trained and blatently hate their jobs. Layaway department is a joke. Again, ill-trained, if any. Lost layaways, absolutely NO organizational skills whatsoever, computers don't work, credit card machines don't work...WAY understaffed. This is a shame because a layaway program is a good thing if worked correctly! It took me 1 solid hour to get waited on and there was only ONE person in front of me TRYING to get her layaway out and of course they had lost it. Not to mention, MINE! They eventually found it on the entirely OTHER SIDE of the store where it had NOT been put up as it should have been when I made the purchase! The store manager "Bob", was out of his mind trying to handle all these crisis'..the appearance alone of the staff was enough to turn people away. Hire some people with some teeth and common sense!!!! Obviously K-Mart is NOT INTERESTED in this store whatsoever.
