Original Comment I ordered a pizza and breadsticks at work (from the Pizza hut in Houston off of hwy 249) and when we received our food the marinara sauce was just red water, so gross. So I called at 2:11pm and asked them to resend the sauce because that is not how marinara sauce is suppose to be. Well they didn't show up until an hour later with the sauce and on top of that it wasn't that much thicker. I thought that the cheesy breadsticks would be re-made because why else would I have to wait another hour, (3:08). Well no, they weren't re-made and on top of that the driver was completely inappropriate. He called our clinic saying that it stated on the receipt to call ahead of time before he got here which it did not(he didn't call the first time he dropped off our food) I know it didn't say anything about calling. I told him that I called over an hour ago and I can't believe it took that long just to deliver sauce and how it was watery and that's not what I think of when think of marinara dipping sauce. He told me that some people like it watery and proceeded to make more small talk and I'm at work. He asked me what I was doing after work which I found highly unprofessional and inappropriate. When he came in to give me the sauce he made me feel very uncomfortable asking me if I worked out and after he left he called again asking how I liked the sauce and to call him back on his phone later on. I called the location to speak to a manager to let them know what had happened and no one ever picked up and when I called shortly after I got a VM. Pizza hut used to be really good but as the years have past their service and quality has gone down.
