Original Comment Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have been a Net10 customer for 8 years and am currently trying to upgrade to a smart phone. This transaction has been a nightmare from the beginning. The phone that I purchased was shipped 2 days late and now I am having major problems getting the phone activated. The customer service personnel are useless. I have spent hours on the phone only to be hung up on and lied to by the idiots that work in the customer service center. The phone is getting put back into the box and returned to Net10 and I am finding another cell phone provider.
