Original Comment So my husband and I went to your hoover, Alabama location today we wanted a hotdog and coke, so first there was no warm reception upon approaching the order counter. second I wanted a pretzel hotdog and coke, she told me she didn't have any pretzels cooked. I said I could wait, and she said no. secondly I ordered hotdog and coke, however when we made it over to the drink stations, (there were 3 soda drink stations) and after trying many dispensers, I resorted to drink diet dr pepper. that was nasty! I wanted a coke, or sprite, or diet coke, grapico, and they were all out. they were also out the last time I visited sams. come on, for such a great enterprise of a business, you have got to train or retrain your staff in customer service, afterall their actions represent you.<br /> <br /> thanks, s hontzas
