Original Comment this is the most worst service I have ever gotten I just got a card and uploaded with money then call for a representive to tell me that I cant use my card due to they want to put a hold on my money cause I had a card about a year a go and I didn't use my card now they wanted to charge me 50.00 for not using my card that's crazy I will never use net spend ever again I will not suggest thus card or company to no one. and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that I couldn't speak to a supervisor and to call back in two days.. I would like to speak to someone in the corporate office and is only given a voice mail number that people don't call back. I am really upset with company.
