Original Comment I am Sam's Club Plus member and filed a recent claim through Stephanie at your Athens, GA store. This was more than two weeks; although I have received a letter from Angela Bingham stating she had been able to reach me. I have made several calls and sent an email to Angela with no response. I have also called her supervisor Jennifer with no response. Is this how Sam's club handles its members? My next step is to call my local CBS affiliate's consumer rep and get his assistance. The stupidity of all of this was I only wanted a refund for the meat and the mileage it cost for me to return the meat to Athens from my home in Lawrenceville.
