Horrible customer service. I have a hardship and needed a refund on a gift card that was purchased for obideience classes, but I do not have a dog anymore, due to the fact the dog needed to be returned to the shelter for dog aggression, needless to say I wanted to get the money refunded. I have the receipt, it's within the 30 days. I have papers that say the dog was returned. No one can assist me in this matter, all I'm told is there is no one that can help and it's policy. The GC was for $130 which is alot of money to throw away. I called twice and got the same representative. Unbelievable. Customer Service should be a major part of the business. I understand policy but there was some extenuating circumstances, someone should be able to use their own descretion. I spoke to one rep, Nicholas who stated there was no one above him to assist me. I asked if he was the CEO.
