Original Comment I have read comments of consumers who have ran into the same problems I am facing, My original problem was pop ups with Google logo saying phone infected with thirteen viruses click hear to resolve and took me to VPNPLUS i and a second time to Secured VPN and then another. Apple checked the phone and said The I-phone was not infected . The sites pop-ups from Google to corporateowl.com , VPNPLUS SecuredVPN and Google Technical Support who sends their calls and messages to other sites that charge money. My problem is Google thinks I have my Android and old number and has given multiple excuses to keep me from signing in to my account. After eight hours of trying yesterday I have only gotten rude service people who are sending to vendors that charge, becomeing clear this is a way Google is making money, kick backs ? Sister sites sharing in profit? Why refuse to speak to its customers if they are not hiding something. I have legit problem and know what is causing it but need help to fix. Google caused problem and wants me to pay outside associates of there's to fix. I bet that is very profitable. I am on full disability and limited income. And Google refuses not only to speak , they haven't text or emailed me. Have a great day, I won't!FPQX
