The HEB At Kingwood is closed at this time (6:30 AM) but the store is full of workers filling their carts with Water, Toilet Paper, and other goods. So when your store opens at 8:00 AM, will their be anything left for the customers? I counted at least 20 associates shopping in the store. Many are taking their limit to their cars and then returning to reload for more. This is very inappropriate.
