Original Comment I purchased a LG TV model # 50UM7300AUE. This was on 11/4/20. When I got home to mount the TV on the wall there was not any screw to secure the wall bracket. Taking the list of screws that came with the TV I drove to my local store to purchase them. Your paper work said they where M4 x 16 (machine screws). When I got home that was not the case. Since this was late Saturday afternoon I could not go back due to the store was closed. The next day was Easter Sunday. On Monday I went back and purchased the next 2 sizes up, M5 & M6. M6 was the size I need. You QUALITY CONTROL IS extremely lacking. Besides not insuring all components where packed with the TV, your instructions where wrong.... I am very disappointed. This is the first LG product I have purchased, wondering if I purchased a major appliance what might not be shipped.
