Original Comment Your store at 1140 Lyell Avenue in Rochester NY was turning away customers last night 4/15/2020 around 9:30 p.m. if they did not have on masks. Now I know the pandemic is scary and we all should be safe. The Governor Cuomo just announced on the news earlier that everyone must have on a mask in public and to be turned around if they enter businesses with out any. But he also stated this was not mandatory until Friday 4/17/2020. They turned my daughter away and she came back to the car upset. So I grabbed my mask and we into the store myself. The ladies that were working are always rude and disrespectful. And if we are really concerned about the virus, this location definitely needs to be cleaned and wiped down as I am there quite frequently.
