Hold Time Is Very Excessive & When You Get A Live Rep On The Phone, Your Hold Time Gets Longer... I Have Called Charter Several Times For My Tv Cancellation & Told Charter My Request Again Last Night, That Wanted To Cancel My Tv Services Effective 5/1/20 & I Was Told That I Could & I Would Still Be Charged For May... I. Want The Cancellation Done On 5/1/20 And The Bill To Reflect The Cancellation Change Date Of 5/1/20... Customer Service Is Awful... I Want A Call From Corporate Level With My Request Handled Immediately... Have Spoke To Supervisors & Left Message On A Cell Phone W/o A Return Call Back...i Even Asked For The Name Of Charters Ceo & Company Was Unaware... Not Happy At All
