We purchased all Kitchenaid appliances for our kitchen when we built our home. We've lived in it for 19 years. I did the self cleaning process and after doing that, the oven no longer worked. The repairman told me if I cleaned it again to shorten the cleaning cycle. Last evening I cleaned the oven for 2 hours, and today it does not wrk. If an oven is designed to self clean, I don't think it should damage the product. I am REALLY UPSET about this. Now we have to have a repairman come again or purchase a new oven. If we do decide to get a new oven, it will not be a Kitchenaid. I don't think we should be strapped with ANOTHER repair bill on a product that is supposed to be superior to others on the market. I would appreciate a response and a refund for damages!
