Original Comment Because of their work order policy, my elderly mother went without hot water for 7 days and nights.firning this pandemic? Instead of just replacing the new hot water heater, with a working unit, as their plumber suggested they insisted on shipping a part that took two days.which did not solve the problem. My Mom gets a phone call from Rheem telling her they are going to give her a new hot water heater, excuse me, like they were doing her a favor, when what Rheem did was waste 7 days and 180 gallons of water, to supply her with a product she thought should work the day it was installed. Rheem showed no concern for these human beings health. Leaving anyone without hot water for that long us wrong.
