I have been a boost customer for 7 or 8 years, but they will not get another penny out my pocket or anyone Ik. On 5/11 I made a payment on my xfinity WiFi I purchased through boost. The lady on the costumer service applied it to one of my phone lines. I called them back to explain that they put the money on the wrong device. I then made another payment on my WiFi and was promised my $60 that was wrongly taken would be refunded. The money was never refunded! I then made another payment of $60 On 5/20 to have the phone service reactivated. At this point they still did not refund me the first $60. I called customer service they said they didn't see where a refund was ever made. The lady told me the easiest way would be to go through my bank. She actually called my bank from her end, and when my bank answered she was gone. I filed the claim, my money was refunded 5/28. On 6/1 they suspended my phone for no reason at all. Now I'm being told it's nothing they can do and I have to pay another $60! I only had service from 5/20 to 6/1. Basically they screwed me out of three weeks of service... I recommend NO ONE deal with boost Mobile and I will fill a suit against them!!!! This is totally unacceptable!!!!
