Original Comment I went to Penske Cadillac to have my vehicle detailed inside and out and a rear brake light changed. The next day when I arrive to pick my vehicle up I can tell that it had not been detailed. I informed the service advisor that the car had not Bendito because I can still feel the best in the dirt on top of it. I end up taking the car and I spoke with the manager and informed him who by the way name was Chris and he said he will take care of it . Well when I pick the car up in Laguna in the garage but when I got home I saw water spots the cupholder still dirty I decided to make a comment about my dissatisfaction with the service. I never expected the dishonesty in service with Penske Cadillac. How can you charge a customer for a service that was not properly rendered. Basically I paid $200 for a car wash. I was going to trade the car in for a 2020 model that was the purpose of having a detailed . Eventually the car was sent back the steel half done.
