Original Comment I order a phone on April 2, 2020 using my debit card which the phone was $120.00 and I gave them my new address to send my phone which they didn't send it to, they sent it to my old address,so I didn't get my phone.I called the 611# and told the customer service representative that they sent it to my old address and they rep. told me I had to make a police report which I did on 04/10/2020 8:19:30 and sent to the email that was given to me by the rep. on 4/13/2020 at 11:39 am. On 4/29/2020 I called to find out why I have not gotten my phone or money back on my card and was told they didn't receive the police report so I sent it again. I have been sending this police report and sending this police report since 4/29/2020 til the last one I sent on 7/24/2020 and I called them on 8/1/2020 and was told that the didn't get it, so I gave them a call again on 8/12/2020 and was told once again that they didn't get it, when I was told by a Supervisor on 7/24/2020 that if I send it again he would have know problem getting it. He as me for my full name, my email address etc... and he gave me a case number and told me I would get and email from him and I never did and when he reinsured me that there would not be a problem of him receiving the police report and once he had reviewed it and made a decision on it, I wouldn't have a problem getting another phone or my money back and I told him okay, but this would be my last time sending the police report and my next step would be taking it to Court. I waited from 7/24/2020 to hear something by email which I didn't so I called on 8/1/2020 nothing then again on 8/12/2020 and was told they didn't get the police report and wanted me to send it again I told the rep. I was done sending it and that I had nothing else to talk about and hung up the phone.
