I was promised a replacement for my Presidential Mattress Set purchased and delivered in February, 2020. However, they are defective and sag and seeing I have a back back, need to have them replaced. A Sams Club/Serta Rep told me to do a CUT TAG RETURN and they would replace them. I have submitted this to them and emailed them pictures and sent the original tags to them. I have lost all contact with whoever is in charge. The last email from from &quot;Kim&quot; from Serta and I replied to her numerously with no email exchange. My incident reference number is: 200813-011422<br /> <br /> What is more appalling is that when I call Sams Club member services, they say that Serta Department can only handle the Serta returns. And when I contact Serta, they say that only Sams Club can handle Serta returns!!!! WoW! What a mix up!<br /> <br /> I feel I'm getting a run around and this issue needs to be addressed by your corporate office as this has been going on since August 13, 2020. Please contact me as soon as possible.
