Original Comment This CVS has made a sentinel pharmacy error! Re a hospital discharge request for a new refill! Of a new drug. Today I reported the error to the medical office of Dr. Nibley2700Grant St Concord, CA. They could see no effort by telephone, email, fax of the pharmacist or technician reaching out for clarification. The pharmacist refused to fill the order:Amiodaron 1 tablet for 30 days. The pharmacist claims that I was taking Propafenone ordered by CardiologistDr Tseng! After my Ablation 9-14-20 all my postoperative regime changed. I felt that both the pharmacist & her tech were very defensive! After I left that pharmacy location: CVS Alamo CA I've received 2 automated phone calls saying my refill for Propafenone are ready for pickup!!! I urgently need assurance that you can remedy this unprofessional behavior as soon as possible.
