I'm writing to express a very dissatisfied experience with multiple reps from your company.<br /> <br /> What I've noticed is since Covid phone calls to inquire about various topics is increased which is showing more often which businesses take customer service seriously and those that do not.<br /> <br /> I have been switched to three different reps to get my results from serum taken from my body.<br /> <br /> Your reps quickly trans my call and didn't make any genuine effort to assist.<br /> <br /> I was on hold forty mins and am still on hold.<br /> <br /> The last one asked name my address the question diag addres my doctors name the doctors name and address which I'm certain once I gave her the first few &quot;authentication &quot; responses was more than enough to assist me.<br /> <br /> I assure you anytime forward if I need lab work I will make a point to NOT use your service.<br /> <br /> Big business like yours seems to think that isolated incidents don't impact your bottom line. <br /> <br /> Nothing could be further from the truth.<br /> <br /> I will drive to get my results from your office and assure you I will sent this email to corporate level as well.<br /> <br /> Greatly dissatisfied!<br /> <br /> Tyra Bedford Anderson RN MSN MBA<br /> 2605 N Harrison St<br /> Wilmington DE 19802<br /> 1/15/1970
