Original Comment It sad and unfortunate that this huge company takes advantage of its customers. Rheem's customer service is deplorable. Your warranty is non-existent. Rheem knows that their products are faulty and defective that's why you offer such a short term warranty on the labor. That way after the year the customer eats all expenses for the piece of trash that RHEEN sells. I've only had my unit for two years and I already have to replace the faulty blower. My initial call to the company I was told I was covered under warranty for six years. After the technician came out and told me that I have to replace a faulty blower ?on a two year old unit I was then told by Rheem that my warranty only covers parts and the unit. Really RHEEM!!!???
