Original Comment I just had lunch with my family at chili's on Rainbow and lake Mead. The server Tina was ok but, I was very disappointed the way Joey the manager handled my situation. I've been going to Chilis for years and every time I was there I have rewards. I kindly asked him if he was able to help me with my rewards and didn't even attempt to help and said very directly NO we don't do that. You can only do 1. I reminded him in a kind voice this is not my first time most times the managers comes to help because I had 2 kids meals and 2 entrees from my 16 year old son and myself. He told me all the managers are wrong for doing that and there not suppose to. That's at least 20 managers that had helped me in the past and he says they are all wrong including a proprietor of the facility. He was the first manager to be rude and not even try.
