Original Comment I messaged Dewalt about a friend of mine that has used their products for years. His home and all his tools were destroyed in the fire. I ask if they had any refurbished tools they could donate or sale at a good price, because he has to replace everything. They told me to speak to a lawyer and sent me to a website. They did not act professional and very cold. All they had to do is say no or we can not help. I will never use Dewalt again and will advise others to do the same because of this experiance.
