Original Comment I have a compliment for an employee that works in the Auto Zone (Store #4886) in Southport, NC. His name is Austin and he did an incredible job for me. He replaced my battery with patience and precision. He practiced excellent customer service. He was very friendly and talkative which made me feel more at ease. Austin is a great employee and I wanted you to know that! I am a very happy customer. Thank-you Austin!<br /> <br /> Ps. I was told that he could receive a monetary reward for his customer service. I would like him to have the $100.00 added to his check.
