Original Comment I recently purchased a pair of windshield wipers at your store at 920 McArthur Dr. store in Alexandria, La.. It was raining that day and did not expect an employee to install them that day. I called two days later and asked if they would install them that day and they agreed to do that. The employee made it very obvious by her actions that she did not to be bothered. I have used your store often because it is near my home. I called to talked to the manager but he was out but was told he would he would return my call but never heard from him. Most businesses want to know when they give good service and when they fail.
