Original Comment Hi this is Ryan with H-E-B curbside I was calling for Carlos Vasquez um I was just calling because we did see that you were able to take the time to fill out of the survey report for your order that you picked up on Saturday we did see your comments about the substitute being um doubles on your order we did go ahead and doublecheck your order and um we didn't see anything that was double but I just wanted to call and _ _ see if there _ _ any issues that you wanted to clear up and make sure everything was going on your end I need to _ _ _ _ call us back at 210-491-2470 thank you...&quot;<br /> This person send me a message without knowing was the problem I had and on top wrote the number not of him but the online order from my local H&amp;#8209;E&amp;#8209;B. I resolved my problem with the local H&amp;#8209;E&amp;#8209;B to my satisfaction. But the person who send me voice message did not anything and passed the bucket to other people. It is very ignorant from this person that he didn't see the problem.
