I bought a phone from the boostmobile store, when I decided to change service provider, because this company has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I was told that I could NOT use my New Phone with my New Provider because I HAD to Keep service WITH boostmobile Before they would unlock My New Phone, I was being Told Directly that I had to ENDURE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER for ANOTHER YEAR before I could use it with another company, I Had NO Contract with boostmobile, I HAD a Month to Month for $60!! This Is HOW Your Business is Run??!! FORCING Customers to Put Up With HORRIBLE Customer Service to Use a phone BOUGHT AND PAID FOR?! There was NO CONTRACT!!! HOW IS THIS RIGHT??!! I STILL have a BRAND NEW PHONE I CAN'T USE!!! I have tried Everything to resolve this issue, EVERYTHING!! <br /> I am PRAYING I can hear Back From This Company so they can Explain to Me in DETAIL HOW their company is able to commit this Atrocity!!!
