Original Comment Received my orbital sander, used it for 10mins and the osilating drive o ring fell out. Called to talk to someone at dewalt and got to very rude and not interested in helping me figure out if it was a part that mattered. I bought dealt because I've had good luck with these tools, but not anymore. And after the way I was treated I'm going to post this as many times and places I can find. Very disappointed!
