Original Comment Ive come shopping to this store for over 15 years.And every single time i buy something especially furniture either they cant find it or its damaged! Today i came to look for a frame for my sons picture.i set it down and turned around to get the frame and it was gone!! I asked the manager if he could please ask over the intercom if someone picked it up but he refused to do so and i brougjt that picture in to find a frame for it.it belongs to me to my son!! And i am so very angry right now its one thing for them to take my basket and or lose the merchandise ive purchased butto take something that is already mine and then refuse to let it be known while customers are still in the store? That is not good customer service! Its a shame. So discouraging. And i want my sons picture back!
