So we went to one of your restaurants in the Rockford area to enjoy the music and food. We were about halfway through our dinner when they turned off the music to turn up the volume for the football game. I have noise sensitivity and the speakers were giving really bad feedback right above our heads. We asked the waitress if we could get the music back and she said she would see if they could turn down the speaker. Instead we had asked for boxes to take the remainder of our dinner home. We tried to call the store to talk with a manager because apparently he was too busy to come talk to us and was just rude to us over the phone. He told us that it was part of his job to turn on the game and turn off the music. And when we tried to explain that he just kept saying that he doesn't have to let his customers know. We chose to sit in the bar because it has softer lighting a lot and not as large of table. We would have been happy to move to another area of the store BUT to be told rudely that he couldn't do anything irritated us. We've been to this location many times during the same hours and NEVER has this happened to us and we sit in the same section each time. I'm sorry but this location has currently lost our patronage.
