Original Comment I am extremely upset and disappointed with the current situation that occurred. I had made payment arrangements with Cap One because I was laid off in August and am only receiving unemployment. I contacted Cap 1 through their website asking for assistance with giving me until Monday Dec 12 to make the promise to pay because the Unemployment Department doesn't pay us on that day and I received an email from CapOne stating someone from corp office of the president would contact me within 24-48 hours to help me. I was waiting and no one called me and my auto was repossessed. I even responded to an email from a Kelly at their company stating that they would contact me and work with me and again no one has called me and this has now happened. I need immediate help with this because I was trying to make my payment on Monday and if they weren't willing to work with me, I should have been notified but no one has gotten back to me. They need to make this right and contact me as soon as possible to help me. I am not asking for them to waive the payment I just needed a little bit longer to make the payments they needed. Just a few more days and I was not notified that they weren't working with me.
