Original Comment Priceline is the absolute worst to attempt resolution with. They are exceptionally rude, play stupid, &amp; disrespectful, <br /> They booked me a room THAT DOES NOT EXIST, in a hotel that does not exist, with a bogus phone number. Then they refused to refund my money nor BOOK A ROOM THAT DOES EXIST in a hotel that does exist that is one they use ON THEIR OWN SITE. I will pursue a refund in small claims court, but FAIR WARNING...this site is corrupt. DO NOT BOOK HERE! You will be f****d over as much as they can get away with &amp; rob you for good measure. I will find out the proper regulating body and pursue the best way to have them fined...&amp; restore my funds. The results of my case will be sent to my Congress person, the FAA, regional &amp; national regulators, United Airlines with copies of all to each corporate airlines. I wish them as much I-trouble as they gave me. There are others highly angered with them regarding no returned money for incorrect reservations. Wish I could create a class action! BTW...non-English's help you cannot understand. Cheap huh.
