Original Comment The AutoZone location on Barton Street in Pawtucket Rhode Island needs severe management restructuring and competent help in the commercial department.<br /> <br /> 1. Phone response and wait time 5 plus minutes<br /> <br /> 2. No drivers for delivery<br /> <br /> 3. People when the phone is answered the knowledge is poor at best<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This location is loosing on average $3K a week to O'Riley Auto parts and Action Auto Parts due to this location awful service
