Original Comment I stayed with holiday inn Jeykll Island last week. I've stay at this hotel several times over the last seven years. I have never seen a pool so dirty. It had brown water. I feel that I've overpaid. I called the hotel and they said i booked with Expedia and I needed to call them. I called Expedia and they told me for an itemized bill I would have to call the hotel directly. I've tried to call them and they have had me on hold for ten minutes with two calls today. I was a holiday inn manager with holiday inn Wytheville va for four years. I'm really upset over the service I received this stay.
