Original Comment Although I spoke to an Operator in the Corporate office to make a complaint about a store manager here in West Palm Beach Fl33406 and she cordially took my name and number to pass off to a District Manager . They never responded back since about 1wk ago., which was not surprising and disappointing that this corporate thinks little of their store interactions/Managers and customer services. Even after leaving a comment and a contact e-mail. I will not continue to use this local store and find businesses elsewhere with more highly reputable companies, such as Walmart, Target or Amazon regardless of the prices. Also I will suggest to family , friends or others to stay away from this store and possibly the company.
