Original Comment Goodyear Arizona location.Employee named Damian came out of the store in a threatening manor when I went to place an order at the drive through on 10/18 about 7:15pm.<br /> I stopped in front of the restaurant to go up and talk to the manager.Damian cami out again and confronted me.I asked for the manager and he said he is.The two girls inside watching all of his threatening behavior didn't come outside to attend to their employee who to cause a altercation.I'm twice this guys age.Finally I asked the two managers to come outside and they finally did.<br /> Courtney and the other manager couldn't get their employee to listen to them until I threatened to call the cops.I called the cops and of course he lied and said I the customer came up aggressive.It's on video for management to see.Sonic has lost my business and this guy needs to be fired and your managers as well for letting Damian talk to customers that way. This is all over an item on the menu that they actually still make and he didn't know nor would he ask someone. He told me to look at the menu again.. I told him to cancel the order. If he didn't know what he was doing, and that's when he became threatening I came outside as I was driving around the restaurant in my vehicle.. and yes, he came outside to confront the customer. And then did it again when I walked up to talk to the manager.
