TERRIBLE......TERRIBLE.<br /> Reservations are made and taken when they have NO CARS.......<br /> Calling a local office is an exercise in futility since no one answers the phone and the customer is left hanging listening to stupid recorded messages that are all lies........<br /> Calling to complain and getting connected to ESCALLATION is another exercise in futility.......left me hanging for 30 minutes before system disconnected my call.........
