Original Comment It would be wise for your team to get feedback on your OnStar feature. Personally, our family have been Cadillac owners for quite some time. Unfortunately, these last two Cadillacs will be the last we purchase. Our privacy is taken away and feel we should not be getting calls when we need an oil change. We purchased the cars. They are ours. I've called numerous times to get us off your list, yet we continue to get calls when we need an oil change. It's creepy to say the least.<br /> The last person I spoke with laughed and told me it sounds like I have control issues. I assured her it's about privacy, yet if she and Cadillac feels I'm wanting control then what does that about Cadillac. There should be the option to have OnStar removed if it's requested or not have it all. We are due for new vehicles soon and will be purchasing elsewhere.
