Original Comment I bought the new three stage walk behind snow thrower cub cadet 1/2/14. Had nothing but problems with it, Carburetor had dirt in it and would not start. Have a three year warranty and bought an extra extended warranty with it. Cub Cadet would not stand behind the problem and I had to pay for the repair. Tried to get Cub Cadet on the phone and get some info. from them. This turned out to be a useless venture. Customer service is a joke. Cub Cadet doesn't care about the customers who buy there products. Please do not buy anything from Cub Cadet or MTD who is located in Cleveland, Ohio. They manufacture junk and don't care about you as a consumer.
