Original Comment To Whom It May Concern:<br /> <br /> I am writing to info you of a horrible experience my friends family and mine recently had. It was on 10/25/14 (ticket #107, 7:40pm) that we stopped by the Pizza Hut at 508 1st Ave Colona, Illinois around 6pm. There was only one waitress for the entire place. Mind you, it was busy. Waitress took our order of which included breadsticks, which we asked to get beforehand, but never did. We watched as the place was so busy that they must have had delivery orders backed up like crazy. We watched the girl taking pizzas out of oven, and for approximately 30 minutes, every pizza she took out was being put into boxes. We jokingly kept saying to each other, this one must be our order, but nope, we didn't end up getting our order til close to 7:00! That's when we got our breadsticks too. Never once during that wait period did waitress come over to apologize for order not coming or ask if we wanted refills on our drinks! My friend and her son each ordered personal pans and breadsticks. My friend ordered a veggie lovers with ham. They brought her pizza out and there was no ham. She confronted waitress, and she said, oh I'm sorry, I forgot. She goes back and we watched the lady taking pizzas out of oven put ham on a pan and runs it thru. Waitress (name was Kelsey) comes back with ham and dumps it on friends pizza. The ham was sooo hard, you couldnt even bite thru it. Got waitress to come back and friend told her that she didn't want the ham, and waitress says yeah I just saw that she just ran it thru oven and put it on plate. My comment was, if you saw that, why would you even serve it? She didn't have an answer for me. Then we went into the restroom to find that toilets were sooo plugged with fences, urine, and toilet paper that we couldn't even go to the bathroom if we wanted!!! Bathroom was not clean. To top it all off we go up to pay our bill and the line was so line it was ridiculous. Got time for us to pay our bill and we voiced our complaints and person says oh well we were just busy. I responded too busy to get another waitress, too busy to clean your bathroom, too busy to clean off tables that were still full of dirty dishes from when we got there, too busy to serve your customers?? She wasn't happy, but I wasn't either!!!! I asked, could we please have some mints, and she says, oh we don't have mints, we never have?!?! Really??? Are you kidding me?? Absolute WORST service I have ever had at a Pizza Hut!!!! Total waste of my $40, and friends money too. <br /> <br /> Sincerely,<br /> Disappointed and frustrated past customer, Heather Wilke
