Original Comment I saw that you could do layaway on line against my better judgment I did it. I was down to my last two payments . I paid it on a Friday the following Friday I received an email telling me my order was canceled. So i call customer service and I was told my I was canceled for being late . After going back and forth with the rep I was like fine whence do I get my money back.later that day I received a letter stating my items were out of stock .???? Huh??? Anyway I was told in a couple days. A week later I called inquiring about my money. I was told 7 days then a couple seconds later I was told 15 days . Smh. I called 2 weeks later about my refund I was told the have no record of my order but addressed my by my first name. I was confused how you know my name if you have no info on my order. Asked for the supervisor by this time. I was told my money would be on my card this week. I will never in my life order anything in store or on line from kmart . Walmart is way better .
