Every time we went to SAM'S CLUB in Bullhead City, I was always amazed at how they treat their paying members. After they scan your items, the check out clerks just put your items on your cart without even asking if we wanted our items in the boxes. They don't care at all if your groceries will be rolling around your car. The Bullhead City Sam's Club is the worst grocery club you could be shopping at. Yesterday at around 7:45 AM, I went to Sam's club to purchase some food. I saw that there were small mangoes in the boxes and I counted them and there were 13 mangoes in each box. I went and chose the good mangoes and I had 13 of them in my box. When I rolled my cart to another aisle, the warehouse-man was yelling at me and told me I can only get 4 small mangoes. I told him to check the other boxes that there are 13 mangoes in each box. And of course, he did not do that. He just wanted to yell at their club member. I told the manager and of course he didn't do much. The employees of Sam's club are ill trained, Very rude and unpleasant. If there was a Costco store in Bullhead City, I would never set foot in that awful Sam's club. We just moved here from Prescott, AZ and we used to shop at Costco. Costco employees are well trained, very pleasant, and customer oriented employees. COSTCO have better and more choices of groceries, and the employees chooses the boxes where they pack up the groceries you've bought. Sam's Club employees are rude, ill trained and lazy. Sam's Club should just close down, so that COSTCO a much better warehouse store with pleasant well trained employees can take over. CLOSE UP, SAM"S CLUB. WE WANT COSTCO !!
