Original Comment I just called your store in Norcross to request a receipt. The lady that answer the phone (I guess Kaitlyn..not sure,,) was very rude.. She asked me reasons of why do I need the receipts and call me disorganized....I could not believe.. I have the right to ask for receipts if I don't understand transactions in my credit card. My credit card request to call the vendor before dispute any amount.<br /> She said to never do that again because she has to dig in a big box to get the receipts .... It is not my fault that you don't have a computer system for this financial transactions...I have to get this question more than 6 times during this call.. This is an example of people that take their jobs for granted... so much unemployment and people eager to give the best of them in a job. This is a big construction company and we are going to use a more friendly store.
