I have no access to my email account. I know the correct password and the email address. I get an error message saying my account password CANT be reset online.(even though I just want to log in, not change anything)So as I'm told I cant reset the password online I assume that means I need to speak to someone on the phone. Yet your company has multiple phone numbers all directing you in circles until one finally says "yahoo has change the way we IGNORE our customers, please go online and waste 6 more hours of your life not getting anywhere." Your online "customer care" section has no way of speaking to a person. I demand access to my account so I can delete all connection between myself and your amateur company. I will never recommend another person EVER use yahoo for anything. I wasn't asked for a security question, I wasn't asked to send a code to a phone or another email account which are all YOUR ways of making sure THIS PROBLEM DOESNT HAPPEN!!!!! Your own systems DONT WORK.
